Altinity Connector for ClickHouse

The ClickHouse ODBC connector is an Apache 2.0-licensed Tableau connector for ClickHouse tables. You will need to install the ClickHouse ODBC driver as a prerequisite. Once installed you can connect to ClickHouse servers and access tables using the full power of Tableau.

ClickHouse Connector Installation:

1. Install ClickHouse ODBC Driver (see below)
2. Download the Connector file (.taco).
3. Move the .taco file here:
   1. Windows: C:\Users[Windows User]\Documents\My Tableau Repository\Connectors
   2. Tableau Bridge (Windows): C:\Users[Windows User]\Documents\My Tableau Bridge Repository\Connectors
4. Start Tableau and under Connect, select the ClickHouse by Altinity Inc.

ClickHouse ODBC driver Installation:

1. Follow instructions described here:
   • https://docs.altinity.com/integrations/clickhouse-odbc-driver/windows-clickhouse-odbc/
     • Tableau Bridge (Windows): Add the driver to the driver directory. The default location is C:\\Program Files\\Tableau\\Drivers. Please note the default location is configurable.
