Consumer Website Behavior

by The Information Lab

Description

The Accelerator for Customer Website Behaviour provides different views of consumer actions and trends on a retailer’s website. It provides details on from where customer visits originate – and when – as well as the different devices that customers are using to interact with the website.

The overview dashboard provides a broad picture of website activity, showing where the traffic and orders are coming from, and when. You can then dive deeper to see the customer’s journey through the funnel and where people drop along that journey. The Devices dashboard shows you how customer behaviour differs over time by device type – and how it impacts your business – so that you can tailor your web browsing experience to enable the outcomes that you desire for your business.

You can connect with The Information Lab directly to find out how our consultants can help you with your own web analytics.
