This connector provides a smooth and easy way to connect to ServiceNow.

Through this connector, customers can leverage APIs provided by ServiceNow to extract data from their on-premise or cloud instance for analysis in Tableau.

Note: This connector will replace the legacy ServiceNow ITSM connector available in Tableau.  This connector leverages a locally installed JDBC driver and is not limited to the ITSM schema. This connector is not currently supported by Tableau Cloud.
